The cosmetic company L’Eclat D’Or Corp was established in Italy Milan in 1986. And in 2005 we established the Sino-Italian joint venture cosmetic factory( regisitered as Vallee de Roses cosmetics Co. Ltd) in Zhuhai China. In order to satisfy the fast-growing needs of high-end cosmetic market in China, Vallee de Roses Company imports skills and technology of color and skin care cosmetic from Italy, then we start the product development, mass production and exportation services in ZhuHai.
